Welcome to Debra Maki Photography - specializing in on location, natural light photography.

Hi - I'm Debbie. I am a born and raised true Floridian, born in Sarasota, raised in Englewood. I have taken a dream and made it reality and launched my photography business in September 2011. I am currently taking course studies through the New York Institute of Photography.

I currently only do on location, natural light photography but I am hoping to expand and open my studio within the next year. I do all sessions on location in the Englewood, Venice, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port and Boca Grande area. Other locations are available - contact me for pricing. I take extra time on children because they may not always be willing to sit for a picture. Sometimes, if you can be patient enough, you can just let them run and play and you end up with a picture much better than a posed portrait.

Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and usually obtain approximately 20 printable photographs. I am my biggest critic. Your happiness is my ultimate goal. Large groups and more complex shoots can add-on 30 minute increments for an additional charge.

Editing typically takes 7-10 days based on the time of year and number of shoots I do in a week. A CD with your edited prints will be mailed to you along with a Print Release letter giving you full rights to print your photographs.

Mega Sessions - Engagement and Senior Portrait sessions:
Up to three locations, two hours, with wardrobe changes starting at $100. Prices based on locations. Please call or message me for more information.

Mini-Sessions - Anywhere in Englewood, 10 minutes, $30 for 5 edited pictures on a CD. I also offer themed Mini-Sessions at which time, I will release the theme, date and location and will offer a preset number of time slots.

For special occasions such as Birthday/anniversary parties, weddings, etc., the price is based on the location, type of event and amount of time. Please contact me for more information.
